We make our knowledge available at fair, extremely competitive rates. We respond well to our many clients who acknowledge the value we bring them by purchasing our services on a regular basis. As with other consultancy professions we do not respond well to those who:

• Endeavor to extract our knowledge without paying for it
• Expect additional work or new changes to web pages to be completed at no additional charge
• Delay projects beyond the normal agreed 1-3 week delivery period by not supplying material or sign-offs within a reasonable timeframe
• Do not abide by agreed payment terms
• Expect us to liaise with other third parties (web designers, hosting companies etc.) and provide them with advice, guidance and knowledge at no charge
• Purchase a one-off service and expect free advice and guidance on-going thereafter
• Say "yes" when they really mean "no"

To avoid possible embarrassment to those who may not realise the impact of their actions, we ask that we be treated as you would like to be treated.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment is required at time of order. For design orders over $1000, we accept 50% deposit, with the balance due when the work is complete, or within one month of order (whichever occurs first).

Our pricing does not allow for chasing payment.

Hosting/Licence Payment Conditions

PositionMEonline reserves the right to remove the hosting service in the event that monthly hosting payments are not received on the anniversary date.

Quality Guarantee

There are times when we inadvertently make mistakes and may pass work back to a client that does not comply with our normal high standard. We guarantee to rectify all mistakes rapidly at our cost. No matter how trivial, all mistakes should be brought to our attention to ensure we understand the cause and are given the opportunity to put matters right.

No Guarantee on Search Engine Rankings

Our optimisation service aims to get pages to rank in the top 20 results of the major search engines. However, as search engines can and do change their algorithms (rules and weighting factors) at any time, we cannot offer a guarantee that a specific ranking will be obtained or maintained. Our track record has been excellent as testified by our many clients internationally.

Ongoing Support and Guidance

Effective web site promotion requires on-going improvement and monitoring. The web and search engine requirements, as with any business, are dynamic and every changing.
